The American Cannabis Training Association (“ACTA LLC”) owns and operates this website (“site”). By visiting our site, you automatically agree to these Terms of Use and are bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use this site. These Terms of Use apply to every visit to this site and every page, document, and/or other materials within this site.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and ACTA. To visit this site, you must be of legal age to enter into binding agreements. Not reading these Terms of Use does not protect you from any action taken against you, including legal action, if you violate any of them. You may not reassign or relinquish your role in this agreement to anyone else without prior written permission from ACTA.

TERMINATION CLAUSE

These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement by destroying all materials obtained from this site and not returning to this site. ACTA may terminate this agreement with you if you violate any of the Terms of Use. When this occurs, you will be instructed to destroy all materials obtained from this site.

CHANGES
